Returns and refunds
An unused part in its original packaging can come back within 7 days of delivery. Who pays the freight depends on why it is coming back.
What can be returned
- Wrong part for your listed variant
- Full refund, and we pay freight both ways
- Damaged in transit
- Replacement or full refund, reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Changed your mind
- Refund less return freight, part must be unused and unfitted
- Fitted, painted or modified parts
- Not returnable
- Made-to-order and custom-finish items
- Not returnable once production has started
How to start a return
- 01Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the part as it arrived, in its packaging.
- 02We confirm the return and send a pickup or a drop address, depending on the part's size.
- 03Once the part reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Why painted parts are excluded
ABS kits are supplied primed for paint matching. Once a painter has worked on a part it cannot be resold, and the paint itself can hide a fitment problem that would otherwise have been obvious. Test-fit before you paint, every time.
